It is important to note the scope of this coverage. While we stand behind the structural quality of our goods, our warranty does not extend to the natural consequences of daily life and routine usage. This includes cosmetic wear such as surface scratches, staining, or aesthetic color variations that do not compromise the overall functionality of the product. Additionally, we cannot provide coverage for damages resulting from improper cleaning techniques, accidental misuse, or negligence. Any damage sustained while in the custody of third party transit providers, such as airline handling, should be addressed directly with those transport entities. Furthermore, typical material changes resulting from long term use, such as the natural softening of vegan leather components or the gradual fading of fabric colors, are considered normal. The chipping or peeling of decorative metal or painted finishes, along with instances of theft or loss, are also excluded. Please note that products acquired through secondary unauthorized marketplaces or marked as final sale during special inventory clearance events are not eligible for warranty claims.

For valid and approved claims, we reserve the right to provide either a replacement item or store credit equivalent to the original purchase amount, excluding taxes and delivery fees. If a direct replacement is currently unavailable in our active inventory, we will provide store credit as the primary remedy.
